Bengali Kasha Mangsho....Mutton curry

My mother and mother in law both happen to be Bengali and I'd like to believe that I can speak good Bengali and my heart definitely says I am half Bengali not because my mother hails from West bengal but because I relate very very very well to Durga Puja, the Dhak ( special Drums,) arati dance, Khichuri and not to forget my dida's ( Grandma in Bengali) Kasha mangsho. I would love the aroma when on a visit to my grandparents on a  Sunday afternoon as a kid.... So dida and dadu heres to you
