Chocolate cake

I used to associate cake with birthdays and Christmas. With a built-in oven in a modular kitchen, it is so very convenient to bake anytime. So why wait for a festive occasion to celebrate, when every day is worth celebrating. Well being considered a pro in baking cake, I offered to bake one for my Dad's birthday and it came out looking absolutely awesome, and when we sat down to eat, realized I had forgotten to add sugar! With family around I guess everything is sweet, a cake with sugar or without, Right??
